About Golden Years
Golden Years is a neutral data map of elderly welfare institutions. It is based on the "List of Elderly Welfare Institutions" published by the Ministry of Health and Welfare's Social and Family Affairs Administration, compiling factual data (name, city/county and district, institution type, target residents, approved bed count, establishment date, address, phone, Google rating, and other public information) for each institution, categorized by city/county and type for easy reference.
What We Do
- Present factual data on legally registered, verifiable elderly welfare institutions based on the official list.
- Create index pages by city/county and type (care, long-term care, nursing, dementia care).
- Provide neutral information on senior living (e.g., fee structure, type differences, admission conditions, overseas retirement, senior finance).
What We Do Not Do
- Do not provide evaluations or rankings; the order of listings does not indicate quality.
- Do not publish claims of effectiveness or results, personal experiences, or promotional information.
- Do not engage in paid referrals or matching; listings and order involve no commercial consideration.
